After growing up in a Dr Barnardos home, Trevor Blake left at 16 to find his own way in the world. I started my own business but the recession in the 90s forced me into bankruptcy, leaving me to start all over again... says Trevor, who was a Police Sergeant for the first few years of his working life, so my wife Karen and I decided to join Telecom plus and now 2 of our 5 children also work the business with us, one of them even giving up plans to become a vet to work alongside us.
