(Telecom plus) Independent Distributors can earn a Customer Gathering
Bonus (CGB) of up to £42.50 for every new customer, along with monthly
residual income of around 5% on calls made, together with a share of everything
customers spend on the other services provided. For team builders, ongoing
monthly commissions of up to 1% can be earned on group customer volume, along
with Team Building Bonuses, potential promotional payments of over
£37,000 and Business Building Bonuses of up to £6 per group
customer.
Due to the dynamic nature of the Utility Warehouse (Telecom
plus) compensation plan, income potential is uncapped. £100 -
£250 per month is achievable part-time, from month one and many
Distributors go on to earn significant, life-changing monthly incomes. In

Distributor benefits
In addition to earning a residual income,
generating utility discounts or raising funds for good causes, Telecom
plus Distributors can also benefit from an exciting range of incentives
and bonuses. These include owning a Utility Warehouse branded BMW Mini; driving
one of the company's fleet of Porsche Boxster's; qualifying for luxury, all
expenses paid holidays; voucher incentives, plus significant promotional and
team building cash bonuses.
Distributor car plan -
eligible Independent Distributors have the opportunity to own a subsidised
Utility Warehouse branded BMW Mini One. Over 250 Mini's have been supplied
through this popular scheme, with some Distributors paying just £50 (or
less) per month to own this excellent profile-building / enquiry-generating
tool.
Drive a Porsche Boxster - Telecom plus PLC has a
small fleet of Porsche Boxsters which are available to all qualifying
Distributors for a month at a time, for each 200 personal customers
gathered.
Share option scheme - Telecom plus PLC is one of
the first referral marketing companies in the world to implement an equity
share option incentive scheme for the benefit of its Distributors. The Options
issued so far have been worth a staggering £6 million, creating huge
gains for many Independent Distributors, and the intention is for the Company
to make further allocations in the future.
Holiday promotions -
Telecom plus PLC regularly announces Distributor holiday incentives.
Over recent years, these have included Euro Disney, Las Vegas and several
luxury six-star cruises. These fully expensed holidays have been consistently
of an exceptional standard, with qualifying Distributors often describing
'holiday of a lifetime' experiences.
Aligning financial interests
with a revenue-sharing model
"Our distributors remain one of our key
strengths. In contrast to other utility suppliers, the alignment of financial
interest provided by our revenue-sharing model and the structure of our
compensation plan incentivises our distributors to focus their activities on
finding credit-worthy higher-spending customers who will reap the maximum
savings from using our services, and will thus be least likely to churn. By
doing so, they maximise their own long-term income. This ensures that cases of
mis-selling are generally both inadvertent and extremely rare."

Earn a £500 Starter
Bonus - The usual 90-day Starter Bonus is £199.75, thus covering a
new Distributors initial start-up costs. This Starter Bonus promotion therefore
offers an extra £300 for introducing just 12 qualifying customers and
given that Ofgem regulations require all new Utility Warehouse Distributors to
complete training, is a powerful incentive to quickly attend the Company
College of Excellence online and Getting Started courses.

A permanent residual
income - Three years of part-time (but committed) effort with the Utility
Warehouse business has yielded 1000?s of share options, a very nice BMW Mini
One via the Companys car reward scheme, two all expenses paid luxury holidays
