Whilst most people wake up on Christmas morning and look under the tree for their presents, Jeremy Tromans went straight onto his genealogy to see that on Christmas Eve the final customers had gone in, and overnight he had clicked in as a new Independent Senior Group Leader!
Jeremy, by his own admission, has had a stop-start career with Telecom plus. He was active in his early days in the business, but then had a four year gap where he did nothing, instead concentrating on his ‘day job’ . However, he couldn’t help but notice that he was still getting paid every single month for the work he had done initially.
So, he came back into the fold and started re-establishing relationships with his team and building new legs in his business. He has a strong relationship with those in his team, but is also very willing to share his time and marketing ideas with people throughout the network, plus he is always the first to offer practical advice when somebody is faced with a problem or a challenge. He’s more than just an upline to his team for many, he’s a friend and mentor too.
1. Don’t give up on people who take time off from the business they can always come back
2. Everyone is busy and everyone has personal and family challenges to deal with, some worse than others but if their goals are compelling enough, they’ll find a way to make this business to work.
